Applying to Fenwick

  • Freshman Applicants

    Freshmen applications will be considered for admissions under the following guidelines:
    • Take the entrance exam on December 2rd, 2023 (see exam process below)
    • Complete the online application. Only candidates that test at Fenwick will be given access to the online application
    • Standardized test scores and report cards from grade schools should be forwarded to Fenwick after sitting for the exam. Fenwick will provide guidance to all testers on how to proceed with obtaining report cards.
    • Complete Financial Aid information
    • Once decisions have been posted, parents will be notified to login and accept the decision
    • Complete a tuition contract
  • Transfer Applicants

    We are currently reviewing transfers for the 2023-2024 academic year. To be considered for transfer admissions, the following items are required:
    Please send all transfer materials to Patrick Jacobsen, Director of Admissions, at pjacobsen@theezstringer.comAfter the initial internal review, a transfer interview is required.
    This interview will include the student and parent(s), along with the Director of Admissions, Principal, Director of Student Services, and Class Counselor.

  • Entrance Exam Process

    • The test administered is the HSPT.
    • Students may only test at one Catholic high school.
    • Students who wish to attend Fenwick High School must register and take the Entrance Exam with Fenwick.
    • All class of 2028 test-takers will need to register with Fenwick beginning on November 11th.
    • Detailed information will be shared with all families upon the completion of a child's registration.
    • Students with testing accommodations should refer to this form for information and directions on how to obtain accommodations.
    • There is a $25 examination fee.
    • Students will have completed testing by noon on exam day
